Principal’s Notes — 4/21/08
• Registration Forms and Fees are due by next Tuesday, April 29. We appreciate the support of so many families who continue to seek a Catholic education for their children. Please call or come in to talk with me if you have any concerns about the tuition for next year. As I’ve said before, we will work with any family wanting a Catholic Education for their child(ren).
• The deadline for earning your Parent Participation Hours is next Thursday, May 1. Please come to the School Office by 2:45 PM on Thursday, May 1, to record your hours in the parent participation binder. The only hours that will be accepted after that date are for parents who work at the First Communion Reception. Please be very specific when recording hours. If your entry is vague, you run the risk not having it counted. Check the list on page 28 of the Parent and Student Handbook to see examples of activities that may be counted for parent hours. Also, please record all hours. We record the total number of hours in our accreditation reports to demonstrate parent involvement. Plus if you have more than 50 hours, your name will go into a drawing for a free month’s tuition!
• The next meeting of the School Advisory Council will be at 7:00 PM on Monday, April 28, in the school library. Items to be discussed include efforts to increase enrollment, the Angel Program, campus clean-up, and the budget for 2008-2009.
• 5th Grade Basketball—Free admission at the Kerr-McGee gym! Please come support our boys and girls!
