• Parent – Teacher Conferences are next week, March 17-20. Please sign up for your conference by this Thursday! If you don’t sign up by Friday, we will select a conference time for you. You may now call the school office to sign up and we will check if your requested time is available and then reserve it for you.

• As you know, the Extended Day Program is open to families who need to make special arrangements for their child(ren) during the four days of Parent–Teacher Conferences. The cost for non-contracted families is $7.50/day (from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm). Please let us know in advance if you’re planning to use the EDP during conferences.

• Mrs. Deb Veit will accompany our band students to Quartz Hill on Saturday for a music festival. Please join me in praying for a safe and educational trip for these talented students.

• 5th Grade basketball begins this week! All games are at the Kerr-McGee gym. Free admission! Please come cheer on our teams!
March 11 (Tues), Boys @ 5:00 PM vs Los Flores
March 14 (Fri), Girls @ 6:00 PM vs Gateway

• Do you need Parent Participation Hours? May 1st is the deadline for logging all 30 hours for this year (15 hours for a one-parent families). Here are a few perfect ways to earn parent hours at home.
• The parish is looking for someone to wash kitchen towels, washcloths and aprons on a weekly basis. Each Friday you would check the kitchen to see if there is anything to wash. You would return the washed items on Monday when you dropped off your child. You could count this as one hour a week toward your parent hours. Please contact the school office if you are willing to do this.
• Our basketball uniforms need some minor mending – mostly hemming.
• We have a small re-upholstery project.

• There will be a Kindergarten Information Night this Wednesday, April 2, from 6:30 PM 7:30 PM in the Kindergarten Room. We have enclosed a flyer explaining the Kindergarten Information Night in this Monday Envelope. Please pass this out to anyone of your acquaintance who has a student ready to begin Kindergarten.

• Please join us this Friday for Mass (8:15 AM) and Stations of the Cross (2:00 PM). You are also invited to attend the Living Stations of the Cross this Friday presented by the high school youth of our parish (see enclosed flyer).

• Reminders—
• Tuition and EDP Contract Payments are due today. Remember that payments not delivered or postmarked by the 10th of each month are subject to a $20.00 late fee.
• There will not be school on Good Friday, March 21.
