Principal’s Notes — 2/25/08
• I was delighted to see so many of you who attended the Science Fair Awards Ceremony last Thursday evening. We are blessed to live in a community with so many of you who can support the students’ learning in the science curriculum. As I stated last Thursday, we would appreciate any feedback you would like to share about the Science Fair. We are always looking for ways to make it a more meaningful learning experience for the students.

• A gold Junior Olympics sign-up sheet in enclosed in this Monday Envelope for 3rd Grade & up. Thank you to Mrs. Paula Welsh again for coordinating our school try-outs for this citywide event.
• Tonight is the Saint Ann School Advisory Council Meeting at 7:00 PM in the School Library. Topics to be discussed include improvements to the school network, installation of a security fence, and where we are in the process of adding a pre-school. Please join us.
• Reminder of the upcoming minimum day and days off from school: This Thursday, February 28, is a minimum day and school will be dismissed at 11:30 AM. In addition, there is no school on Friday, February 29, or Monday, March 3. The school and parish religious educators will be attending the Religious Education Congress in Anaheim. Enjoy your long weekend! The following Friday, March 7, is a minimum day (Teacher Accreditation Workday).
