How can I contact my child's teacher? The surest method of reaching a teacher is to leave a message at the school office asking the techer to call you.
Can I deliver something to my child at school? Parents are asked not to go to the classrooms to deliver articles or lunch to the students. These items are to be left in the office and should be labeled with the child's name and grade.
Can my child call me during the school day? The Office phone is not for public use. Students are discouraged from calling home, but if a student forgets lunch and a parent is known to be home, permission will be given.

What if I can't pick my child up on time? Children must be picked up NO LATER THAN 15 MINUTES AFTER DISMISSAL. Children left on campus after the 15-minute interval will be supervised in a classroom or the school office and dismissed from there to the first available contact listed on the "Diocese of Fresno Annual School Consent for Emergency Medical Treatment, School Activities Permission, and Release of Liability" form.
Can I bring a treat for my child's birthday? Treats may be given out at lunch or recess, but parents should check with the teacher in advance. Acceptable treats include cupcakes, cookies, brownies, and pre-sliced cakes. Pies, ice cream cakes, sodas, and candy (including gum) are not appropriate treats. Invitations to student birthday parties may be sent home with students ONLY if the entire class is invited, or if all the boys or all the girls are invited. Otherwise, the invitations may not be distributed within the school.

What do I need to do to make the honor roll? A middle school student will be named to the semester honor roll if he or she meets the following conditions -
Maintains an overall GPA of 3.0 or above in Language Arts, Math, History/Social Studies, Religion, and Science, and
Maintains a citizenship grade of 1 or 2 in all classes (including Art, Music, Physical Education, and Computer).
