My project is about guitars sound.

My science paper was on what effects the sound of an acoustic guitar. My project proved that the acoustic guitar was effected by more than what I thought would effect its sound. I thought that the acoustic guitar was only effected by the guitar's wood and the guitar's sound hole design. The acoustic guitar's sound is effected by:

the weather
the string length and the strings diameter
the type of wood used
the width of the sound hole
and the size of the sound hole

The types of guitars I mentioned in my project are

talor thinline 5 way
fender classic acoustic electric
Ernie ball guitar man acoustic electric
a basic Yamaha classic.

My guitar project turned out to be more interesting to me and more beneficial to me. When I explained it to the class, most people did not know what I was talking about so I had to go into more intense detail for them.

My main source for my project was howstuffworks.com. Without it, my project would not be as good as it is. The conclusion to my project was that I was wrong and right at the same time. This is because I thought the sound hole diameter and the type of wood used in it would affect the sound. I was wrong because there are more factors in the sound of the guitar.
