General Notes:
We are happy to announce our 2004- 2005 Student Council officers. They are Jessie Vigil as president, Alex Morris as vice-president, Aurora Ostrom as Secretary, and Amanda Cordes as Treasurer. Let us wish them a great year.
Mr. Wojciehowski has DVD's of the Walk Through the Ancient World program that the 7th graders (last year's 6th graders) participated in. Any parent wishing to get a copy (basically for the cost of making it) can call him at home (phone number in the Student Directory).
Middle School Basketball Team Info
Girls: We need a volunteer to coach the girls' team. We have the possibility of getting a high school student to be head coach, but we need an adult “assistant coach” to be present during all practices and games.
Boys: Mrs. Michelle Blubaugh has volunteered to coach the boys' team. Mr. John Ayers will be her assistant coach.
The Middle School basketball season starts mid-December and ends in early March. Please discuss with your child if he/she would like to be on the team. We will be taking a headcount this week of potential players and will send home permission slips next week.
